 India Pushed England out of  the WTC (World Test Championship)


Cricket is a funny game and so many unbelievable things already had happened in the past had proved that anything could not be predicted till the last ball being bowled.  As the match's result might be different which predicted few balls ago. Anyhow, as the supporter of the home team, we certainly would love to see India winning the match, without a doubt.

India's strength:  The power-packed batting line-up and wonderful bowling department are what make India the brut force on the ground. More often than not the opposition teams find it utmost difficult to beat the home team. India's side is led by the run machine Virat Kohli, who is capable of playing long innings alongside Rohit Sharam, Pujara, Rahane, and Pant makes it even more formidable in the batting department. Adding cherry to the cake India does possess a well-balanced bowling side as well that includes Ishant Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah, Ravichandran Ashwin, and Umesh Yadav.

England's strength: After winning the  Test Series in Sri Lanka and the first Test in India, England showed what they are capable of. India Team could not take this touring Team any lightly as this might hurt them extremely badly. They are a strong side under the captaincy of stylish Joe Root, who had already scored more than 700 hundred runs in only two months in the calendar year of 2021. Ben Stokes another key batsman for them, but his form is the cause of concern for the visiting team. England also has outstanding bowlers in form of James Anderson and Jofra Archer, both of them could tear apart the opposition's batting unit any given day.  

In conclusion, I hope this match is going to be a nail-biter for the spectators and the Cricketing fans around the globe. Two Cricketing giants must also be looking to book a place in the World Test Championship's final, which will be played in London later this year after winning the day-night Test Match in Ahmedabad.

India move, "One Step Closer", to the final of WTC! After defeating England by 10 wickets in the newly built world's largest Cricket ground, Shri Narinder Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad. India has increased its chances to qualify for the final of the World Test Championship. The championships final will be played in Lords, London, later this year in June-2021. The Pink Ball Test Match could not live up to the expectations the spectators or the fans around the world might have with it, hence after remaining the talk of the town for many days it did end up only in less than two days, where 21 out of 30 wickets fell to the spinners that too on deliveries coming straight after pitching from both sides.
